When you pay

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe tells us your email address, the match you bought, the amount and the date. We keep this to send receipts, handle refunds and keep financial records. Stripe’s own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies

  • zp_unlocked remembers which predictions you’ve paid for, so they stay unlocked in your browser. It lasts 180 days.
  • zp_pending is only used while your bank confirms a payment. It lasts up to 3 days.
  • When you open the payment form, Stripe sets its own cookies (__stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) to help prevent fraud. They are only set once you start a payment.
  • Site staff who log in also get WordPress login cookies.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Server logs

Our web host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for 5 years for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where the law doesn’t require us to keep it. Email Kushagraroy07@gmail.com.
