Postponed or cancelled matches

If a match is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, you get a full refund. You don’t need to ask.

Predictions that turn out wrong

A prediction is our opinion, so we can’t give refunds because a match ended differently.

Problems with your purchase

• If you were charged but can’t see your prediction, email us within 7 days with your Stripe receipt. We’ll show you the prediction or refund you.
• If you were charged twice for the same match, we’ll refund the extra payment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 working days.
